We’ll be cooking up a storm tomorrow night for Salon du Chat at Culture and Chips on Monday 2nd June. I’ll be meeting the top Salon chefs who will come armed with their sharpest wits and tastiest ideas.

We’ll sit down to a feast of caffeine, jasmine tea (coffee of the herbal tea world) and chocolate to analyse the thoughts, concepts and emotions out there in the ether. I’m expecting hefty hunks of humour, chopped cultural references and sprinklings of sarcasm, but I guess we’ll just have to see what form they’re in…
